For more than 20 years, CPP has been a leader in the fight for health justice. We’re dedicated to solving one of our nation’s most complex and intractable challenges.

Learn more about our educators, researchers, and advocates who are working together to transform healthcare for the better—and for all.

America’s healthcare system is not working for everyone.

It’s impossible for most people to navigate on their own.

We are determined to change all that.

We are working towards Health Justice!

We are working to ensure patients have access to just and equitable care, now and in the future.

How?  Through four related activities:

  • By forming deep connections with people and communities across Wisconsin.
  • By educating the next generation of health advocates and leaders.
  • By providing one-on-one patient education and support.
  • By researching people’s healthcare experiences to identify opportunities for systemic change.
